Privacy statement

In short: we only collect what you leave behind yourself, we only use it to get in touch with you, and we never sell anything.

Who processes your data

The controller is CntrlShift. Questions about your data? Email bob@cntrlshift.nl.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company name, email address and your message.

We do not set tracking cookies ourselves and we do not use ad networks.

What we use it for

• To answer your message and, if relevant, schedule a call.

The legal basis is your consent (you choose whether to submit anything) and, in an ongoing engagement, the performance of our agreement.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We work with a limited number of processors:

• Vercel hosts this website.
• n8n processes contact form messages so they reach us safely.
• Google Workspace handles our email.

How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your question or support the engagement, and no longer than twelve months after that.

Your rights

You can always see what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent you gave earlier. One email to bob@cntrlshift.nl is enough. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
